Silver sugar bowl, round form, standing on a round foot, the baluster body chased with waves and garlands of flowers. The doucine lid is engraved with garlands and flowers, and topped by a leaf and strawberry-shaped grip. Engraved with the Séguin and Brémontier arms, surmounted by a count's crown. By Honoré Burel. Aix-en-Provence, 1768-1775. Very slight dents. H. 16 cm Weight 413 g This sugar bowl was presented at the exhibition Orfèvrerie française civile de province du XVIe au XVIIIe siècle at the Musée des Arts décoratifs, Paris, March-April 1936.
