Hand candlestick in 1er titre 950‰ silver, with square base, engraved with palmettes and interlacing, the shaft with sides. The socket depicts a chimera. With an attached bobèche, insculpted with 18th-century hallmarks. Engraved with the Séguin coat of arms surmounted by a count's crown. French work, 1st cock 1798-1809, for the Strasbourg region.
