Mario NISSIM (1907-1990) Portraits of Young Women, 1943 Two pencil drawings signed One dated "22/XII/43" and the second "25/X/43". Sight: 26 x 20 cm each Mario Nissim was a Surrealist painter born in Greece. In 1930, he enrolled with André Lhote, but left for Fernand Léger's studio. He rubbed shoulders with such Surrealist poets as Breton, Éluard, Prévert, Soupault and Bryen.
