[Freemasonry] - Reunion of 27 rituals of masonic grades all belonging to the same F.-. Late 19th-early 20th century. An early 20th-century wet stamp is affixed to all notebooks (Jacques Duvielbourg, d'Argenteuil). On laid paper, framed in red ink, titles in red, text in black, paginated - 16 rituals have less than 30 pp. (16 to 27) - 11 rituals have more than 30 pp. (31 to 94). Each booklet follows the same structure: Decoration of the Lodge, Opening of the Lodge or Chapter, Reception, Historical Discourse (random), Instruction or Obligation, Closing. The set is complete from the 4th degree (Secret Master) to the 17th (Knight of the East and West), then from the 20th (Master ad vitam) to the 32nd (Sublime Prince of Royal Secrecy). The 30th degree ritual is illustrated with a full-page watercolor 7-degree scale. The 32nd-degree ritual is accompanied by a full-page watercolor depiction of the "Camp" tableau, composed of the equilateral triangle at its center, where the Knights of the Order of Malta are placed, followed by the 5 Princes placed around the pentagon surrounding the Knights, represented by their flags, around which a heptagon represents the encampment of the Princes of Jerusalem placed under the Princes' orders, a final enneagon represents the Masons of all grades signified by 9 tents and 9 pavilions. Attached: - 3 rituals from another source: Elected Architect (4 pp.) - Scottish Architect (5 pp.) - Knight of the East (or of the Sword) (5 pp.). Heavy staining to 3 booklets. - 2 in-8 pamphlets printed by the Grand Collège des Rites du GOF: Étude symbolique sur les grades maçonniques du 4e au 18e degré (23 pp.) and one concerning the ranks of the 19th to 30th degrees (24 pp.).
