18K yellow gold 750‰ medallion, oval in shape, adorned with a cameo on agate, depicting the profile of a young woman (accidents), within a surround of probably fine half pearls (untested). Decorated on the back with a black enamelled frieze and a transparent background (broken). The inside of the medallion is lined with a glass secret compartment.
