Eighteen melon forks in 1st-rate 950‰ silver, thread and shell pattern. The forks plain. Engraved with the Séguin arms surmounted by a count's crown. Twelve hallmarked by Pierre-Désiré Raynaud's workshop and signed Bachelet, circa 1882. Six signed Bachelet. In a case signed Bachelet. Weight 1700 g Enclosed are two invoices for the manufacture of the forks from Bachelet, Manant, Cosson-Corby dated July 20 and October 22, 1882, and an invoice for the engraving and box from Bachelet, Manant, Cosson-Corby dated December 9, 1882.
