Montbrison, Eleuthère Brassart, 1891. 1 vol. large folio, loose-leaf, in a cardboard cover—Spine missing, water stains on many plates—23 pp., 117 pll. Complete set of plates. One of 450 copies printed on laid paper in the original format. No. 388 has been canceled. Pierre Bossan was the architect of the Basilica of Fourvière in Lyon and the Basilica of Ars. 2/ - Lübke, Wilhelm. - Denkmäler der Kunst: An Overview of the Development of the Visual Arts from Early Works to Modern Times; Popular Edition; Stuttgart, Ebner and Geubert, 1865. 1 oblong volume in buff percaline. - Split joints, spine raised at the tail, stained covers, some plates loose, foxing. - 56 pp., 56 pll. 3/ - Noé, L. - Architecture and Sculpture in France: Documents on Styles from the 9th to the 19th Century, Paris, Librairie de la Construction nouvelle, 1891. 1 folio volume in loose-leaf format in a cardboard folder fastened with laces - Gussets split along the entire height and spine partially detached from the covers; one fastening lace is missing; several plates are missing, including nos. 73, 74, 75, 76, 80, 83, 86, 87 according to the table of contents, but the table is very incomplete and omits plates that are actually present in the work. — 95 pp. + covers of the installments. 4/ - Durand, Jean Nicolas Louis. - A Collection and Comparison of Buildings of All Kinds, Ancient and Modern, Notable for Their Beauty, Grandeur, or Uniqueness, and Drawn to the Same Scale. Paris: Vincent, Fréal et Cie, 1800. 1 oblong volume in loose-leaf format in a drawing case—Plates 12, 29, 39, 40, and 41 are missing. Plate 20 is duplicated—59 plates + 2 title plates and 1 table of contents plate. It appears that this volume is a 1930s reprint, although the BNF catalog attributes the date of the original edition to Year IX (1800). 5/ - Bigot, Paul. - Ancient Rome in the 4th Century A.D. Paris, Vincent Fréal et Cie, 1942. 1 oblong volume in loose-leaf format in the publisher’s laced cardboard slipcase—covers faded and worn along the edges, water stains on the front cover, pages sun-faded at the margins—72 pp., 47 plates, including 3 double-page plates and 3 fold-out plates, plus 1 unnumbered plate signed by Bigot.
