Set of 10 illustrated wooden alphabet blocks (1930–1950).
1/ - Illustrated Animal Toy Block. English set illustrated with the alphabet on the front and animals on the back (the wooden lid of the box remains).
2/ - Alphabet Cubes. Wooden tiles. Uppercase and lowercase alphabet on the front, uppercase alphabet with a colored illustration on the back; illustrated cardboard box.
3/ - Alphabet tiles with the following on the front: A, E, I, O, U - BA, BE, BI, BO, BU - MA, ME, MI, MO, MU - PA, PE, PI, PO, PU - Bé-Bé, Da-Da, Do-Do, Ma-MA, Pa-Pa; the reverse side features a full-color illustration with the alphabet (original cardboard box, unmarked)
4/ - A set of 28 color-illustrated tiles, with the alphabet accompanied by an animal image on the front only (reused wooden box).
5/ - Alphabet game. Labeled wooden box containing 25 small cubes, excluding the letter “w” (2 x 2 x 2 cm). Alphabetical puzzle: Since the faces of the cubes are all printed with lowercase and uppercase letters (160 repeating letters), players must arrange them in alphabetical order within the same set, though there is only one correct solution.
6/ - Alphabet on wooden plaques (26 letters) and 9 numbers (excluding the 5). Color-illustrated cardboard box.
7/ - “Alphabet Cubes.” An alphabet consisting of 25 small bone cubes (8.5 x 8.5 x 8.5 mm) intended for constructing architectural calligrams (the Great Cross of the Village, J. Caesar’s Arc de Triomphe, the Fountain of the Innocents). Small wooden box (7.7 x 5.2 cm) containing 3 printed examples of calligrams (clearly incomplete).
8/ - Alphabetical dominoes. Parisian dominoes. Montrouge, [c. 1930]. In its original box, complete with 28 wooden pieces featuring the alphabet and domino dots, which have been replaced by stars made of glued paper. Game instructions under the lid.
9/ - Alphabet game on wooden tiles the size of dominoes. On the front, a capital letter; on the back, a lowercase letter; illustrations on both sides, all printed in black. Complete set of 25 letters (excluding “w”) with 4 additional tiles for “â,” “é,” “è,” and “û.” Included is an incomplete set of dominoes (23/28), with the alphabet on the back (the following are missing: 2/0, 2/2, 4/4, 5/3, 6/5). Box is slightly damaged but reusable.
10/ - Alphabets. Titled cardboard box containing 58 cardboard tiles measuring 4.3 x 4.3 cm (out of 60), illustrated on the front with letters of the alphabet featuring color drawings with captions. Some letters are repeated.
