High-quality, silky wool velvet on a cotton backing, approximately 7,000 knots per square decimeter, with some oxidation and natural wear.
Brick-red field decorated with stylized floral palmette scrolls framing a central, multi-lobed floral medallion in Prussian blue and orange, shaped like a stylized diamond. Four spandrels with motifs echoing the central medallion. Brick-red border decorated with a scattering of finely drawn floral bulbs.
