CORAL (mentioned by a*)
Corallium rubrum specimen (CITES appendix IIB pre-convention), not subject to French regulations (Régie 338/97 du 9/12/1996 en son article 2-W mc), as this coral is not harvested on French coasts. This specimen is therefore not subject to the prohibition of the French environmental code. This specimen can therefore be marketed in the European Union, as the material is processed in the form of jewelry. However, a CITES re-export permit will be required for export from the European Union, at the expense of the future buyer.
