In-4 publisher's full orange morocco binding, front cover decorated with an embossed floral motif surrounding the faces of a couple drawn in a gilt fillet with a gilt frame of grecques, spine titled in gilt lettering, gilt head, shaped and lined slipcase - 147 pp., [2 ff.]. Illustrated with 18 original lithographs by Dauce, including 9 double-page, 1 single and 8 in-t. and 4 repetitive full-page decorations. Edition of 2119 numbered copies, this one of 800 on large Rives vellum (n°222) including a suite of 4 double plates in sanguine on Japon Impérial. 2/ - Collectif] - Les sept péchés capitaux. 1998. In-folio in sheets under cover embossed with a woman's face seen in profile, fitted with a ponytail held in place by a golden ribbon (design by J. Coquillay), publisher's box with window on the first cover, revealing the cover - 81 pp. 3pp. Text by A. Damien illustrated by G. Yoldjoglou (pride), J. Duquesne by M. Journod (envy), J. In-8, bound in full morocco fawn leather, boards decorated with a female silhouette seen from three-quarter back, drawn in gilded and black fillets within an oval frame of gilded fillet in a triple framing of gilded fillets, black lozenges, quatrefoil spandrels and corners with mosaic floral motifs, ornate smooth spine, black title page, roulette on endpapers, burgundy moire endpapers, gilded edges, shaped and lined slipcase - 175 pp, [2 ff.] Illustrated with 27 clrs lithographs by Bonnefoit, including 7 h-t (including 2 3-panels), and 20 in-t (sometimes double-page) and margin drawings in yellow ochre. Edition of 2011, one of 1610 on large Lana vellum (no. 857).
