Naval officer's dagger, chased and gilded brass hilt, "S"-shaped quillons terminating in an eagle's head, body knot decorated with an anchor, spindle with bone plates; curved blade (changed); red leather-covered wooden scabbard with two gilded brass fittings (later leather). First Empire period. Fairly good condition. Lots are sold as is, without period warranty or claims. Some pieces are restored, others are reconstructions.
