René LETOURNEUR (1898-1990) Torso 1984 Pentelic marble 36.5 x 16 x 12 cm Monogrammed (on left thigh) : RL Old restorations This is one of René Letourneur's last creations: it never left the studio. A few years earlier, the sculptor had created a very similar small torso, about 20 cm high, in terracotta (see cat. no. 161).
