René LETOURNEUR (1898-1990) Harmonie II Model of 1975 Studio plaster 54.5 x 34 x 24.5 cm Harmonie II, carved directly from Paros marble, is in a private collection. In the bronze edition resulting from the enlargement of this marble, the following are known: -Proof n°1/8, in the collection of the New-York Film Academy; -Proof no. 2/8, installed in front of the former Parc de Sceaux stables; -Print no. 3/8, in the collection of the Museo Fiermontina in Lecce. The first version of the work, Harmo- nie I, was exhibited at the Salon de la jeune sculpture en marbre in 1973. Bibliography : 2009 EXHIBITION, p. 118-119, no. 97-100, repr.
