BOFILL" on the terrace Bears the founder's stamp "SYNDICAT DES Fondeurs de Bronze Unis Paris" and the numbers "19/9852". H. 44 cm, terrace 31 x 13 cm Born in Barcelona, Antoine Bofill-Conilly studied at the Académie des Beaux-Arts before moving to Paris, where he exhibited at the Salon from 1894. He is renowned for his small-scale picturesque or legendary groups.
