In-4, 246 - [2] pp, 17 color illustrations by Umberto Brunelleschi including 1 on the cover, 1 on the frontispiece, 6 headbands and 9 vignettes in the text. Paperback, a few stains, some paper tears on the spine. Copy on Renage vellum with a suite of illustrations in black. Copy no. 188. Contains: Carmen, La Vénus d'Ille, Mateo Falcone, Le Vase Etrusque, La Dame de Pique. Beautiful work illustrated by Umberto Brunelleschi born in 1879 in Pistoia and died in 1949 in Paris. Italian painter, illustrator and poster artist, he excelled in Art Nouveau illustration as well as in the Art Deco period.
