TWO PISTOLS forming a pair with variations in fittings and decorations, made for export (diplomatic gift), two-register iron barrels, gold damascened with foliate scrolls and stars, silver sights decorated with a radiating sun, 16.5 mm caliber; engraved and signed locks : Fni Par Baucheron-Pirmet in Paris, swan-necked hammers, pebble springs; hallmarked silver fittings, decorated with military and oriental trophies; walnut stocks entirely embellished with silver filigree; dewlap ramrods (horn tips missing).
