FRENCH SCHOOL of the second half of the 19th century after Pierino da VINICI (1530-1553) Holy Family (with the young Saint John) Model created after 1550. Bas-relief in bronze with light brown patina. H. 37,7 L. 27,9 cm REFERENCE WORK: after Pierino da Vinci, Holy Family (with young St. John), after 1550, terracotta, H. 31.7 x W. 23 cm, Paris, Musée du Louvre, inv. CAMP 82. The Louvre acquired the terracotta made after the marble relief by Pierino da Vinci in 1861: it had been in the collections of Ottavio Giglio since 1858 and of the Marquis Giampietro since 1861.
