Joé DESCOMPS-CORMIER (1869-1950) Bacchante and putto Bronze group with brown patina. Signed JD. Cormier on the terrace. Bears the stamp of the founder Colin Paris and probably the stamp of the founder Jollet & Cie. H.47 Terrace 57,5 x 18 cm, rests on a wooden base H. 6 cm The bronze bears two founders' stamps, one from Colin and another which could be that of the founder Jollet & Cie. The latter took over the company around 1906 while keeping the name "Ancienne Maison Colin".
