NEVERS, late 18th century, circa 1793 PATRONYMIC PLATE with contoured edges, polychrome decoration in the centre of a standing Saint John the Baptist holding a cross, on his right a stylised anvil and on his left a paschal lamb and below the inscription Jean Gautier 1793. Yellow braid and combed flowers on the rim. Carries a label of the PM Sestié collection. Side repaired. D. 22,5 cm
