NEVERS, late 18th century, circa 1789 REVOLUTIONARY PLATE with contoured edges with polychrome decoration in the centre of a sword, a spade and a crooked butt connected by a blue knot in an oval reserve surmounted by a crown and framed by two large laurel branches connected by a yellow knot. Blue fillets at the bottom of the wing, frieze of blue flowers and double manganese netting on the edge. Wears an R Marais collection label n° 564. Slight shelling.
