Porcelain piriform VASE decorated in blue underglaze with birds in peonies, rocks, a scene of scholars examining a scroll and Buddhist knots. A four-character Kangxi mark in kaishu under the base. The neck restored, the base perforated (probably for lamp mounting). China. H. 34.7 cm
