In-8 bound in full plum morocco, boards decorated with a large mosaic motif framed in soft green morocco, strewn with yellow tulips and spaced with medallions adorned with a pink tulip, the smooth spine repeats the decoration of medallions alternating yellow and pink tulips, roulette on the edges, yellow moire-lined spandrels underlined by a plum-colored scroll, gilt author, title and head, covers and spine preserved, shaped and bordered slipcase (Andréas relieur) - [4 ff. including 2 mute framed pages], VIII pp, [1 mute framed f.], 46 pp, [1 mute framed f.], 47 pp, [1 mute framed p.], 51 pp, [9 pp. of which 7 mute framed] - 50 Illustrations by Cassiers (47 in-t and 3 h-t). Edition of 300 copies, this one of 260 on vellum from the Blanchet et Kléber manufactures (no. 204).
